Selling online from Ireland, and the rules that reach a shop
The Digital Services Act covers go-betweens (intermediaries). A shop that sells its own goods is not one.
The Act is about services that carry other people's content or other people's goods. A shop that sells its own stock is not one of those services, so most of the law never applies to it.
That leaves a smaller, more useful question: which online selling rules do apply to an Irish shop, and who enforces them. The answer involves three Irish bodies, each responsible for different rules.
